The Service Manager will lead dispatching, scheduling, workforce coordination, field operations, customer service, and operational performance while driving efficiency, accountability, process improvement, and long‑term growth. • 7 - 10 years in commercial roofing (especially service, repairs, and maintenance)
• 3 - 5years managing service operations, dispatching, or field service teams
• Experience with job costing, labor productivity analysis, and margin management,
• Proven experience using ERP, CRM software, dispatching, and field service platforms
