Iowa Program Coach

You love Jesus. You love kids. You enjoy helping others succeed. Whether encouraging someone through a challenge, celebrating a milestone, or helping a leader develop a plan to overcome obstacles, you find joy in seeing people grow in confidence and effectiveness. You are organized, proactive, and able to keep multiple projects moving at the same time. You naturally follow through on commitments, communicate clearly, and aren't afraid to have honest conversations that help people stay on track.

You are a problem-solver who isn't afraid of ambiguity or complexity. You balance encouragement with accountability and are energized by developing leadership skills in others. At the end of the day, you do what it takes to get things done. Above all, you know this isn't just your career. It's a chance to do something meaningful. A chance to serve others.
