The Data Center Installation Project Manager is a c c ountable f or managi n g mo d erate si z ed and c omp l ex p roje c t orders f r o m start to finish, so that it is comple t ed on ti m e and wi t h in bu d get. This r ole is ins t r u m ental in m o bili z ing, managi n g, and reporting on servi c e dep l oyments for cus to mers.

• Conducts pre-project meetings with clients' local PO C and ensures project goals are established
• Plans/coordinates travel and access to the site
• Confirms daily THAs are being conducted by the Team Lead prior to beginning work each day
• Completes project controls sheet on a weekly basis to ensure budgets are met
• Submits weekly reports to supervisor
• Delivers post-project reports to clients' PO C at conjunction of projects
• Reviews/Approves timer cards and employee expenses each week

• Involved with new hire onboarding from Talent Acquisition requests, through candidate interviews, to standardized new hire onboarding process
• Engages with new hires in OTJ training until competency is met
• 100% completion of required Talent LMS based training courses as assigned
• 100% adherence to Salute Mission Critical safety standards and best practices
• 100% adherence to client security /privacy practices and expectations

• Project team leader management experience to achieve improved results, measured through increased customer satisfaction and increased project profitability
• Understanding of sub contract or team management, project finances, and risk mitigation
• Technical understanding and communication to peers/ management and client PO C s
• Experience coordinating and developing sequence of operations and like documents

• Knowledge of datacenter functionality
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365
