Machine Operator - Night Shift

McIlhenny Company, makers of TABASCO® Brand products, is looking for a dedicated Night Shift Machine Operator to join our fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment. This role involves operating a variety of sophisticated food packaging machines and ensuring smooth production flow.

• Operate a variety of food packaging machines, including Depalletizers, Fillers, Cappers, Labelers, Tamper sealers, Cartoners, Tray Packers, Case Packers, and Palletizers.
• Operate machines and change coding based on customer requirements.
• Prepare machinery, load materials, and maintain seamless production flow.
• Monitor machine performance, adjust settings, and troubleshoot issues.
• Record quality control data to maintain high production standards.
• Keep workspace clean, organized, and running efficiently.

• Typical shifts are Monday through Friday (subject to change depending on production needs).

• Physically able to lift 20‑40 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Basic problem‑solving and critical thinking skills.
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to pass a drug test, background check, and physical exam.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience on a production line or in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Experience in the food industry or consumer‑packaged goods.
• Ability to interface with machine control panels, recognize quality, perform data analytics, troubleshoot issues, and problem‑solve.
• Experience working night shift.
