Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Material Handler Forklift operator to join our team. In this role, you will operate a sit-down forklift, utilize an RF scan gun, load and unload products from trailers in the warehouse, and assist operators with materials when needed. You will also utilize the internal shipping system and inspect inbound and outbound products. As a team lead within the warehouse, you will oversee a team of employees, although you will not directly manage them.
Responsibilities- Operate sit-down forklift efficiently.
- Utilize RF scan gun for inventory management.
- Load and unload products from trailers.
- Assist operators with material handling as needed.
- Utilize internal shipping system when necessary.
- Inspect inbound and outbound products for quality control.
- Act as a team lead within the warehouse, overseeing a team of employees.

Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 6 months manufacturing/production experience.
- 1 years of forklift experience.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Iowa City, IA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 – $19.50/hr.
