Logistics Technician

JSG is recruiting a Candidate who will be supporting an innovative food manufacturing operations as a Logistics Technician! In this hands‑on role, you will supervise warehouse and logistics activities within a fast‑paced, food production environment, ensuring seamless distribution. This position is located in Plymouth, IN.

$30/hour to $35/hour. Per Diem Available for out of State candidates.

• Minimum of 5 years of warehouse and logistics management experience, ideally within a food manufacturing environment in Warehouse
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to make a tangible impact in managing multiple priorities in a fast‑changing environment
• Excellent communication, coaching, and team‑building abilities
• Familiarity with material handling‑paced manufacturing equipment and cGMP standards
• Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems of food safety standards and compliance; SAP preferred
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to multi‑task effectively in a fast‑changing environment

• Some Experience with college coursework; degree preferred
• Past material handling equipment and maintaining cGMP standards

• Background in food industry operations
• Experience with continuous process improvement experience supporting food manufacturing or similar industries initiatives
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with various departments
• Familiarity with inventory accuracy measures and cycle counting
