This is a full-time night shift position working a rotating 4-on / 3-off schedule with 12-hour shifts.

Employees in our Flat Storage/Bulk Receiving Warehouse facility assist with the processing and movement of bulk warehouse ingredients associated with Feed Mill operations. This role involves unloading bulk products from delivery trucks, operating heavy equipment, processing ingredients into fine powder for feed production, and assisting with warehouse cleanup and packaging breakdown.

This position works in a non-climate-controlled environment and employees should expect exposure to varying temperatures ranging from very cold to extreme heat. The work environment is dusty and includes exposure to ingredients such as peanuts, corn, wheat, rice, dog food, candy products, and other feed-related materials.

• Operate material-handling and processing equipment including forklifts, tractors, grinders, feed mixers, and turbo separators
• Operate warehouse equipment such as box cutters and balers to process storage boxes and containers
• Unload bulk ingredient products from delivery trucks
• Safely move and store products throughout the warehouse facility
• Ensure ingredients are delivered to the Feed Mill in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse area
• Follow all company safety standards, procedures, and policies

• 6 months of material handling, warehouse, manufacturing, agricultural, or heavy equipment experience preferred
• Dependable with exceptional attendance and punctuality
• Able to work a rotating 12-hour night shift schedule

• Organized with the ability to multitask and follow detailed instructions
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment

• Ability to frequently lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds
