Job Summary

Inspector Packer – Intralox, L.L.C. The role involves inspecting and packaging molded plastic products, working with operators and processors in a 24/7 production environment. This position requires 12‑hour night shifts (7 pm–7 am) with rotating weekends. Candidates must pass drug, background, and physical screenings.

• Inspect and package molded products.
• Properly sort unacceptable product for further processing.
• Complete finishing operations on molded product.
• Accurately package and label completed products.
• Maintain accurate transactions of finished goods and scrap material.
• Inform team leader of non‑conforming product immediately.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards within work factory.
• Start and stop machines when instructed.
• Follow the attendance policy of the Plastics department.
• Perform and execute job tasks in the best interest of a high‑performance team at all times.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Stable work history, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work rotating 12‑hour shifts.
• Ability to stand and walk continuously while performing tasks.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
• Adherence to all safety requirements.
• Basic computer skills a plus.
• Strong communication skills.
• Self‑managed; ability to work well without supervision, team‑oriented with a positive attitude.
