Job DescriptionLocation: Litchfield County, CT
Pay: $30-35 per hour depending on experience

We are seeking a CMM Programmer to support our quality department through the development and execution of inspection programs and first article documentation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Program and operate CMM equipment for production and first article inspection
- Create and maintain inspection programs for complex machined components
- Program and support vision inspection systems as required
- Prepare bubble drawings and AS9102 first article inspection documentation
- Train team members on proper CMM operation and inspection techniques
- Support quality investigations and dimensional analysis activities
- Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to ensure inspection requirements are met
- Assist in developing efficient inspection processes that support a world‑class manufacturing environment
- Experience programming and operating CMM equipment
- Knowledge of GD&T and blueprint interpretation
- Experience with Keyence vision systems is a plus
- Experience with CMM Manager software is a plus
- Familiarity with AS9102 first article inspection requirements
- Experience preparing bubble drawings and inspection reports
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to troubleshoot inspection and measurement issues
- Experience in aerospace, medical, or precision machining environments is a plus
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams
