Make to Stock Assembler

Job Summary

Intralox Make-to-Stock is looking for a Day Shift (7 am–7 pm) assembler. Team members assist in assembly and parts cleaning. The assembler will understand, engage, and participate in production activities, ensuring high-quality, safe products, minimizing scrap, meeting customer expectations, and maintaining a safe work environment.

• Set up, monitor, and adjust manual and automated machinery in compliance with regulations.
• Follow documented quality processes to ensure consistent product quality.
• Monitor equipment and assist maintenance with repairs and modifications.
• Participate in LCI initiatives to drive continuous improvements.
• Maintain a clean work area and comply with cleaning requirements.
• Complete all job tasks and time-keeping responsibilities as directed (work transactions, job orders, etc.).

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math and English (reading and speaking) skills.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office).
• Good hand/eye coordination.
• Availability for overtime and weekends as needed.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.

• Previous manufacturing experience.
• Experience running an automated cell.
• Stable work history.
• Willingness to participate in plant initiatives (safety, quality, productivity).
