We are hiring a Heavy Equipment Operator to join our New Orleans, LA depot.

• Operate excavators to move and process metal
• Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Support the team with additional duties as needed

• Previous experience with material handling and excavators (a plus)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in varying weather conditions
• Strong work ethic, teamwork skills, and ability to multitask
• Must pass a background check, physical, and drug screening

This role requires PPE, including steel‑toe boots, safety glasses, a hard hat, high‑visibility gear, and ear protection. Expect exposure to dust, fumes, and noise in a fast‑paced recycling environment.
