Chief Operating Officer

The COO will have full operational responsibility for a complex, multi-shift manufacturing organization, serving as the primary operational partner to the CEO. This leader will drive alignment, accountability, throughput, and continuous improvement across the business.

• Lead all daily operations across manufacturing, engineering, tooling, automation, quality, and supply chain
• Ensure stability, performance, and consistency in a 24/7 production environment
• Build and execute scalable operating systems, processes, and KPIs
• Drive Lean, continuous improvement, automation, and data‑driven decision making
• Strengthen cross‑functional alignment and leadership accountability
• Partner with executive leadership on capacity planning, growth strategy, and organizational design
• Support new product introduction, advanced manufacturing technologies, and customer requirements

• 15+ years of progressive leadership in advanced or precision manufacturing
• Proven success leading multi‑shift, 24/7 operations with 200+ employees
• Strong systems thinker with Lean / CI mindset
• Financially literate, metrics‑driven operator
• Hands‑on leadership style with executive presence
• Technical Degree & Background Required
