We are seeking an experienced Foundry Manager to oversee and lead operations in our facility located in the Greater New Orleans region. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for managing all aspects of the foundry process, including ensuring product quality, optimizing production efficiency, and maintaining safety standards. The Foundry Manager will supervise a team, oversee casting and metallurgical processes, and contribute to process improvement and innovation initiatives.

Collaboration with cross‑functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business goals will also be a key part of this role.

• Strong expertise in Foundry Management with experience overseeing foundry operations and managing teams
• Proficiency in Casting and Metal Casting processes with a proven ability to deliver high-quality cast products
• In-depth knowledge of Process Integration and Metallurgy to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to quality standards
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proven problem‑solving abilities and aptitude for process optimization
• Experience in safety and compliance practices within a manufacturing environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred
• Experience with ISO or similar quality management systems is a plus
