Location: Dearborn
Ford Motor Company is seeking a detail-driven professional to optimize manufacturing processes as part of our Manufacturing team. Responsibilities include providing engineering leadership, implementing new tooling, and resolving manufacturing issues across assembly plants.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree, has over 3 years of experience in Automotive Manufacturing Engineering, tooling, and CAD, and brings strong problem-solving skills.
This hybrid role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and extended travel to assembly plants in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.
