CRH - - Responsibilities:
Coordinate and dispatch trucks in the yard and read various meters and gauges to verify production conditions;
Maintain daily plant schedule based on mix needs, capacity, and tonnage;
Operate and maintain asphalt plant and related equipment, adjusting materials and temperatures to meet specifications;
Monitor production levels and perform routine maintenance and safety checks;
Train and mentor new hires and communicate with vendors, crew, and supervisor
