Production Planner

• Develop weekly production schedules based on sales forecasts and customer orders.
• Plan and schedule workflow for tableting and production departments according to manufacturing sequences and lead times.
• Analyze and identify risks associated with the production schedule.
• Manage WIP and FG inventory levels, ensuring availability of raw materials through just‑in‑time delivery.
• Perform quarterly supply‑demand analysis and highlight areas of concern for the next 12‑18 months.
• Monitor actual output versus the Master Production Plan and drive solutions to close gaps.
• Support inventory strategy, supply planning, and resource implications to meet demand.
• Own inventory counting and cycle counting processes.
• Assist in raw material procurement and prepare operations‑related reporting.
• Communicate daily production plans to the plant and supply chain team.
• Attend and conduct production and planning meetings.

• High School or GED required;
  Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 3+ years of production scheduling and planning experience in a manufacturing environment (beverage, food, plastic).
• Computer literacy in Windows, Microsoft Office, and MRP software.
• Experience managing rail lines is preferred.
• Ability to manage demands and conflicting requests independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills with proactive, forward‑thinking problem solving.
