Workshop Manager

As a Workshop Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of production and the management of teams. Your duties will include:
Planning and organizing production Defining and following the production schedule in conjunction with the design office and commercial department. Ensuring the availability of raw materials and components to avoid shortages. Ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality. Team leadership and management Supervising and motivating a team of operators, welders, assemblers, and carpenters. Training and supporting employees in their skill development. Ensuring a good social climate and safety in the workshop.

Technical and quality follow-up Monitoring the conformity of products to standards and client specifications. Identifying technical malfunctions and implementing corrective actions. Participating in continuous process improvement. Work environment:
Modern and spacious workshop of 10,000 m² equipped with high-performance machines:
Laser and plasma cutting, Welding robots, Automatic bending presses, Specialized assembly areas. Dynamic and committed team in a growing company. Direct relations with management and technical teams. Profile sought:
Proven experience in team management in an industrial environment, ideally in bodywork, metalwork, or vehicle construction. Strong technical knowledge in welding, assembly, sheet metal work, and fitting. Skills in organization, planning, and communication. Sense of quality and safety. Natural leadership and ability to rally. Experience in industrial bodywork is highly appreciated.
