KP1 Team Leader Position

We are looking for a motivated Team Leader to manage and motivate a production team at our Ciel site.

Reporting to the Head of Production, you will be responsible for the organization and coordination of a team of about 8 to 10 people within the predalles sector. Your main duties will include:

Coordination and Production

• Supervise and participate in production activities (preparation, assembly, pouring, evacuation) to meet deadlines and planning objectives.

• Distribute tasks according to skills and workload.

• Ensure the quality of manufactured products and compliance with quality standards.

• Perform first-level maintenance of equipment (cleaning, greasing, checklist verifications).

• Alert maintenance in case of malfunction and ensure tool availability.

Safety and Environment

• Enforce hygiene, safety, and environmental rules (PPE, specific procedures).

• Check the safety of machines and workstations.

• Respond to risks: alert management and take necessary measures.

• Required qualifications:
  
  bridge driving, electrical interventions (rearmment), first aid certificate (desired).

Management and Training

• Welcome and train new employees and temporary workers (instructions, safety, versatility).

• Motivate the team daily: manage absences, regular reporting, transmit best practices.

• Education: CAP/BEP or professional equivalent.

• Experience:
  First successful experience in team supervision in an industrial environment.
