Up to $25+/hour (based on experience) + $2.00 shift differential for 2nd shift

• You will ensure that all closing processes have been completed at the end of your shift and that the production equipment is set up for the next day.
• Troubleshoot processes, equipment, and products and consult with maintenance as needed regarding needs for repair or replacement.
• Support your team by ensuring proper tools and equipment are available and in correct location.
• Perform regular quality checks to provide the best possible service for our customers.
• Analyze production for areas of improvement to maintain efficiency and meet production quotas.
• Provide regular coaching and recognize the strengths of your team to use their skills in the most effective areas.
• Work closely with site leadership on recognizing employee achievements and continued development.
• Uphold high levels of safety expectations at all times, including incident reports, spills, or equipment needs of your team.

• You have at least a high school diploma (or equivalent), but even better if you have some college.
• You have been in leadership roles or had leadership responsibilities for at least 3 years before.
• You can demonstrate a high level of hands‑on servant leadership to motivate a team.
• If you are bilingual (English/Spanish) that is a big plus.
• You can demonstrate problem solving and analytical skills primarily focused on Microsoft Office software like Excel.
• You are highly aware of health and safety needs in a warehouse environment.
• You work with integrity and professionalism every day.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear, stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
