• Responsible for leading a production team to deliver safety, quality, and performance targets.
• Looking after the CNC Machine Shop.
• Manage and develop a team of 15 employees, including Line Leaders and Cell Leaders.
• Hold appraisals and disciplinaries.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and OEE, taking corrective action where required.
• Lead team briefings, share key business updates, and promote a positive working environment.
• Work closely with other departments to resolve issues, improve performance, and achieve operational objectives while maintaining Health & Safety standards.

• Proven experience in leading a Production Team.
• Experience with CNC Machines - Essential.
• Experienced within manufacturing or production environments.
• Ideally prior experience within;
  Machinig, precision engineering or CNC.
