General Laborer

Location: Audubon, Iowa

Are you someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, staying organized, and actively participating in the success of a company? We’re looking for a General Laborer to join our team at TNT Industries Inc., a leader in refrigeration refabrication manufacturing.

• Handle materials: safely and efficiently move raw materials, products, and supplies using hand trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks.
• Carpentry: build crates and pallets from stock lumber.
• Metal fabrication: build, shape, and assemble metal components to exact specifications.
• Foam injection: use a two-tank foam system to inject foam, maintaining correct ratios and cleaning the applicator and system.
• Maintain cleanliness: assist with keeping the production area clean and organized, ensuring safety and efficiency, following housekeeping protocols.
• Safety compliance: adhere strictly to OSHA regulations and internal safety protocols.

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of warehouse safety procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand or sit for long periods, work in varying environments.
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude.
