- Assist under strict supervision during rigging up and down of Sand Control service line equipment on work sites.
- Learn basic Sand Control operations including inspections, preventative maintenance, operation of support equipment (pumps, blenders, treating lines, etc.), and completion of required training.
- Assist in assembly and preparation of equipment for installation and service.
- Assist during job operation, clean‑up, repair, and preparation for the next job.
- Perform tasks with minimal impact on the viability of the organization.
- Promptly report errors for supervisor correction.
- Promote safety awareness and environmental consciousness, complying with HSE regulations.
- Participate actively in quality improvement processes.
- Previous experience as an Operator Assistant – Sand Control (3–6 months).
- Successfully passed company tests or met task guideline requirements.
- Basic mathematical calculation skills.
- Basic reading comprehension and writing skills.
- Basic computer skills preferred.
- Entry level position in Service Operator family.
- Legal work authorization in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship.
Candidates with qualifications exceeding the minimum requirements may be considered for higher level roles such as Service Operator II or III.
