Product Development And Production Manager

Summary

The Product Development And Production Manager owns execution and coordination of production tracking across the product lifecycle, ensuring orders move from development through delivery with clear visibility and cross-functional alignment. This role sits between Design, Marketing, Planning, and the Trade Office to surface risks early and drive issue resolution. Based in the New Orleans headquarters, the position also manages sourcing and production execution for domestic and non-core categories, and coordinates with international manufacturers.

• Lead core production and tracking meetings with clear agendas, ownership, and follow-through on action items.
• Provide real-time visibility into orders, milestones, and delivery timelines across the production lifecycle.
• Coordinate production tracking across Design, Marketing, Planning, and Trade Office to align timelines and priorities.
• Identify risks and delays early, communicate issues clearly, and escalation when necessary to protect timelines.
• Track vendor and production partner performance versus milestones and ensure accountability for delays.
• Drive issue resolution across production and sourcing to minimize disruptions and avoid unnecessary escalation.
• Maintain reliable systems and reporting to surface production status and risks.
• Own sourcing, vendor identification, onboarding, and management for domestic and non-core product categories.

• 3–5 years of experience in production, supply chain, or project management within consumer, retail, or product-driven businesses.
• Experience working with international manufacturing partners;
  Asia experience preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple work streams and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and drive execution without perfect information.
• Clear communicator who can align teams and push for accountability, with strong problem-solving skills and a bias toward action.
