Hood Packaging Corporation is seeking an experienced Converting Operator for the Sibley Plant.
Schedule3rd Shift: 11:45 PM – 8 AM (Monday – Friday)
Scope of PositionReporting to the Production Manager, this position involves efficiently and safely operating the machine to achieve maximum production of defect‑free SOS and Satchel bottom bags. Efficient, productive operation of the machine with no defective product reaching the customer is critical to a profitable operation. The customer expects a product that meets specifications, runs efficiently on their equipment, and performs as expected in the marketplace.
Operators are responsible for maintaining quality on their respective machines. In the absence of the Converting Operator, the designated Production Manager will assume these responsibilities.
