Continuous Improvement Manager

We are partnered with a leading manufacturing company seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead process improvement initiatives and drive operational excellence across a production facility. This role partners with site leadership to identify opportunities, implement sustainable solutions, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

• Lead Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to improve productivity, quality, and operational performance.
• Facilitate problem‑solving efforts using tools such as DMAIC, Root Cause Analysis, and Kaizen.
• Manage improvement projects from planning through implementation and results tracking.
• Train and coach leaders and employees on continuous improvement methodologies.
• Support KPI development, daily management systems, and standard work practices.
• Drive employee engagement and cross‑functional collaboration to achieve measurable results.
• Communicate project progress and improvement outcomes to stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of continuous improvement, operational excellence, or manufacturing experience.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and structured problem‑solving methodologies.
• Proven project management and leadership experience.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively with teams at all levels of the organization.
