Production Associate

Job Summary

We are currently hiring Production Associates for a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Geismar, LA. This position is ideal for individuals who are safety-focused, reliable, and able to meet production goals in a team-oriented setting.

• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and work instructions
• Meet daily production standards and maintain efficiency
• Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S standards)
• Monitor product quality and report any defects or issues
• Communicate with Production Lead or Supervisor when stepping away from the line
• Report production waste or concerns to leadership
• Support overall production operations as directed
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong attention to safety and quality standards
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Must be dependable with good communication skills

• Ability to stand for 8–12 hours per shift
• Frequent use of hands and fingers for production tasks
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and climb as needed
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
