Production Worker
Location: New Orleans, LA
Pay Rate: $15.97 per hour
Schedule: Five Days per Week | Two Days Off

Requirements- High school diploma or GED preferred
- At least two years of production experience required
- Flexible availability to work day and night shifts
- Ability to adapt to a schedule that varies from week to week
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to remain active throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and product quality
- Dependable attendance and steady work ethic
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Commitment to following all workplace safety procedures
- Load, stack, and move materials throughout the production floor
- Support daily manufacturing and production activities
- Monitor products and materials for quality issues
- Identify and correct minor production problems
- Report equipment or quality concerns to the appropriate team member
- Maintain consistent productivity throughout the shift
- Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized
- Follow established production procedures and safety requirements
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
- Perform additional production duties as assigned
