Job DescriptionNew Product Introduction Pilot Operator
In this role youThis role will be supporting new production introduction projects at our Plymouth, MN facility.
Your role:- Operate development equipment for the purpose of assembling and processing development products
- Assist the development teams to define process procedures and the process parameters
- Measuring and recording process parameters once established
- Accurately documenting all required entries in the Lot History Record
- Complying with G.M.Ps with regard to material labeling, SOPs and proper segregation of material in the production process
- High school Diploma required
- Experience in cleanroom production assembly environment is preferred
- Your skills include ability to routinely use a microscope; good hand to hand and hand to eye coordination; ability to stand for extended periods of time
- You have a strong attention to details; the ability to work in a regulated environment and understand Standard Operating Procedures; works well with others and independently
- You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Production/Assembler position.
This is an office role.
Compensation and BenefitsThe pay range for this position in Plymouth, MN is $20 to $26 Hourly.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
