Production Assistants

Production Assistants are needed in Saint Gabriel, LA, for SAVARD Personnel Group. This role involves supporting fabrication and industrial manufacturing operations, with a focus on leadership and process improvement. Ideal candidates will have supervisory experience and a strong understanding of fabrication processes. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with competitive weekly pay.

• Supervisory or leadership experience in a fabrication or industrial manufacturing environment
• Experience with heavy fabrication or refinery equipment (tube sheets, heat exchangers, or similar products preferred)
• Strong knowledge of fabrication processes (layout, fit-up, welding, material handling)
• Familiarity with TIG, MIG, and Stick welding
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and job specifications
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency;
  Microsoft Office preferred

• Experience with heavy fabrication or refinery equipment, including tube sheets, heat exchangers, or similar products, is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word) is preferred
