Brown & Root Industrial Services - - Responsibilities:
Lay out, position, align and fit components together in various body positions according to blueprints and metallurgy.;
Selects type and size of pipe or other related materials and equipment according to specifications.;
Plans layouts, assembly, and welding using knowledge of welding techniques and properties of metals.;
Welds components using arc welding processes and inspects welds for quality and specifications.;
Load, transport, and occasionally assist in lifting materials and equipment as needed.
