Experience Requirements No previous experience required Training will be provided Ability to work independently and as part of a team Dependable attendance and strong work ethic required Ability to follow instructions and work safely in an outdoor environment Job Duties Harvest peppers by hand while protecting plants from damage Place harvested peppers into buckets, baskets, or designated containers Sort and remove damaged peppers as directed by supervisors Carry filled containers to assigned collection areas Follow daily instructions provided by field supervisors Maintain productivity and quality standards throughout the shift Support general harvesting operations as needed Physical Capabilities Ability to work outdoors in hot, humid, or changing weather conditions Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching throughout the workday Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds regularly Ability to work at a steady pace during physically active shifts Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
