Aerotek - - Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily shipping and receiving activities using SAP and internal order management systems to ensure accurate processing of customer, intercompany, and military orders.;
Process all outbound and inbound shipping documentation, including pick tickets, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Analysis, labels, shipping packets, and required compliance paperwork.;
Confirm and close out orders in SAP once picking, staging, and shipment activities are completed.;
Prepare and assemble shipping labels and documentation packets for daily outbound orders to ensure on-time and compliant shipments.;
Coordinate and process drum fill orders, including daily production scheduling, order entry, and shipment confirmation.
