Mill Creek Machining, a location of Delva Tool & Machine, is seeking a Lead CNC Machinist to provide technical leadership on the shop floor and drive safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery.
You will lead CNC machinists and operators, coordinate setups, troubleshoot tooling and programs, review work instructions, and mentor the team while upholding Lean principles and aerospace-tight tolerances where required.
