Our client, a leading food manufacturing organization specializing in cheese production, is seeking a 3am-3pm Sanitation Operator to join their team. As a 3am-3pm Sanitation Operator, you will be part of the sanitation department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift: Night Shift 3am-3pm Rotational
What's the Job?- Perform cleaning of the Cheese department following SSOPs, SOPs, and proper use of CIP and COP systems
- Complete all required post-cleaning inspections and swabs to ensure sanitation standards are met
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and chemical usage
- Identify and report any unsafe conditions or equipment malfunctions to management
- Ensure all sanitation procedures are performed safely and efficiently to support production quality
- High school diploma or equivalent skills by experience
- Basic math skills for calculations related to production yields and measurements
- Demonstrated safe working habits and good attendance
- Computer literacy and data entry skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds
