Quality Control Personnel is responsible for sampling and grading raw materials and finished product to ensure compliance with customer requirements and that any such analysis conforms to recognized standards.

• Must understand and follow company Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Personnel Practices.
• Must understand and explain the use and requirements of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Work 8-12 hours per day depending on the shift rotation.
• Keep area clean by sweeping and/or vacuuming as needed.
• Must be willing to learn milled rice grading procedures.
• Work in a dusty environment while handling bulky and heavy materials while exposed to seasonal not and cold temperatures.
• Be willing and physically capable of performing other tasks within different departments of the mill on a temporary basis as needed.
• Abide by all safety regulations and standards established by Supreme Rice.
• Must report all food safety issues to personnel with authority to initiate action.
• Portion of this job may require you to lift material weighing up to 50 lb.
• Perform other duties directed by your Supervisor.
• Must be able to fulfill essential job function in a consistent state of alertness and safe manner.
