Aerotek is seeking a Production Manager to direct manufacturing activities for work trucks and trailers in Garner, IA. The role requires 3–5 years of supervision in a manufacturing environment and oversight of several departments, including fabrication, welding, and assembly.
The position is fully onsite with a 5:00 a.m. start, four 10-hour days, and a pay range of $100,000–$110,000 per year plus a 12–15% bonus target. Benefits include health insurance, ESOP, and profit sharing.
