Adient seeks a highly skilled Technical Stamping Press Expert to serve as the SME for stamping press equipment, tooling systems, and metal forming processes. You will drive improvements in uptime, production performance, and quality across manufacturing lines.
The role requires deep hands-on experience with mechanical, hydraulic, and servo stamping presses, strong press control knowledge, and the ability to mentor teams. Travel 50% to Michigan and Ramos Arizpe, Mexico is expected.
