Pack/Ship Operator
We are looking for a Pack/Ship Operator to join our Catalyst team in Vidalia, LA. Come create chemistry with us! BASF's Catalysts division is the global market leader in catalyst technologies. The division develops and produces mobile emissions catalysts as well as process catalysts and offers precious metals trading, recycling and related products and services. As a Pack/Ship Operator in our BASF Vidalia site in Louisiana, you will support warehouse operations and ensure safe and efficient packing and shipping of materials.
During your day shift as a Pack/Ship Operator, you will be responsible for movement of material in the warehouse. Load and unload trucks. Weigh material. Pack material in various packaging types, ensuring that product is appropriately labeled. Successfully complete all required EHS and quality training, including forklift driving test. Safely lift 50 pounds.
If you have a High School Diploma or GED. Have 2-5 years related work experience. Forklift experience preferred. This position is part of the United Steelworkers Union and is covered under the collective bargaining agreement. All benefits are outlined in this agreement.

Pay transparency The pay rate for this role is $20.93 per the Union's collective bargaining agreement.
