Location: Iowa
LGI foundation in Harlan, IA seeks a Production Lead for night shifts (6:00 pm–6:00 am) on a rotating schedule. You will coordinate production team activities, manage workflow, troubleshoot equipment, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards in an edible food processing environment.
You will also help maintain production efficiency, supervise deviations, and support maintenance with repairs while ensuring timely completion of daily reports and adherence to company policies.
