Fluker's Cricket Farm is an insect agriculture company offering insect ingredients towards the insect consumption pet marketplace. GeneralRequirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States (required)
- Must be able to work with insects (crickets, mealworms, roaches, etc.)
- Able to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies
- Able to pay close attention to detail and make precise measurements
- Ensures all personal safety equipment is in good condition and maintains proper usage
- Observes and adheres to all safety and security procedures
- Maintains both clean and safe work environments, and ensures all work areas are clean each day
- Able to responsibly mix chemicals for sanitation with the appropriate ratios
- Must be self-motivated, flexible, and have a positive attitude
- Able to work well in both a team-based environment as well as with limited supervision
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively
Be able to work well under pressure and with time constraints - Able to lift 35 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time
- Be able to work in hot and humid conditions
- Possesses strong multitasking and decision‑making skills
- Must be able to perform other duties as assigned
- Bilingual is a plus (English and Spanish)
