Production Associate

Job Summary

At Baker Maid, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Production Employees to join our growing team. This role offers variety and flexibility, as you'll assist in various areas of our bakery’s production process, from mixing and baking to packaging and decorating. • Assist with production tasks including mixing ingredients, baking, and assembling cakes according to recipes and company standards.
• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently, following proper procedures and safety guidelines.
• Support cake decoration by helping with icing, piping, and adding finishing touches to cakes and desserts. Prepare packaging materials and assist with packaging cakes for shipment.
• Maintain cleanliness of the production area, ensuring that all equipment and workstations are sanitized and organized.
• Monitor product quality to ensure consistent taste, appearance, and safety standards.
• Assist in other production areas as needed, providing flexibility and support across the team.

• No previous experience required —we’re happy to train you!
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to follow directions, maintain cleanliness, and adhere to safety standards.

• Previous experience in a production, kitchen, or bakery environment is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
