SAVARD Personnel Group is seeking Lead Maintenance Technicians to join their team in a dynamic fabrication shop environment in Saint Gabriel, Louisiana. This role involves leading maintenance operations, troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment, and ensuring production runs smoothly and safely. Ideal candidates are experienced in industrial maintenance and thrive in fast-paced settings with a focus on safety and leadership.

- Ability to work in a fabrication shop environment
- Leadership or team lead experience preferred
- Blueprint and technical drawing knowledge preferred
