CAD/CAM Programmer

Day Shift | Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM-4:00 PM

We are adding a new position to our press brake team for a skilled and motivated CAD/CAM Programmer with an interest in automation and CAD.

This is an opportunity to be part of something new. We are installing a new automated press brake cell this fall, and this position will play an important role in getting the equipment up and running, developing processes, and supporting production as our automation capabilities grow.

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot press brake equipment to produce quality parts.
• Work with an automated press brake cell, including setup, programming, operation, and process improvement.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and shop documentation.
• Use CAD/Solid Works to draft, modify, and develop parts and bend-related designs.
• Help determine efficient bending sequences, tooling, and setups.
• Inspect finished parts and make adjustments to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy.
• Assist with troubleshooting equipment, tooling, and production issues.

• Experience setting up and operating press brakes or similar equipment.
• Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings.
• Experience with CAD software;
  Solid Works experience is preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and an interest in automation and manufacturing technology.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
