Job Duties

• Product Assembly:
  Piece together mechanical components and sub-assemblies, using hand tools, power tools, and specialized machinery.
• Quality Control:
  Inspect raw parts before assembly and test finished units to verify proper performance and catch defects.
• Troubleshooting:
  Identify misalignments or minor assembly issues and make necessary adjustments or repairs.
• Documentation:
  Record production data, test results, and inventory counts accurately.
• Workspace Safety:
  Follow safety protocols, wear required protective gear, and keep the work area clean and organized.

Education Requirements

High school diploma or GED.

Experience Requirements

Some experience but willing to train. Comfort using hand/power tools and reading mechanical drawings or schematics. Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Strong attention to detail and reliable communication.

Physical Capabilities

Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds. Manual dexterity to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment. Ability to maintain focus while performing detailed assembly work in a manufacturing environment.
