Job Duties- Product Assembly: Piece together mechanical components and sub-assemblies, using hand tools, power tools, and specialized machinery.
- Quality Control: Inspect raw parts before assembly and test finished units to verify proper performance and catch defects.
- Troubleshooting: Identify misalignments or minor assembly issues and make necessary adjustments or repairs.
- Documentation: Record production data, test results, and inventory counts accurately.
- Workspace Safety: Follow safety protocols, wear required protective gear, and keep the work area clean and organized.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Some experience but willing to train.
- Comfort using hand/power tools and reading mechanical drawings or schematics.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Strong attention to detail and reliable communication.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift components, materials, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Manual dexterity to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment.
- Ability to maintain focus while performing detailed assembly work in a manufacturing environment.
