Atlantic Alumina Company in Gramercy, LA seeks a Production Shift Supervisor to manage the daily unit performance, ensuring safety, quality, and cost efficiency in a high pace plant environment. You will report to the Unit Manager, supervise hourly operators, coordinate with maintenance, and ensure SAP transactions and reporting are completed accurately and on time.
TWIC and SAP knowledge are a plus; a high school diploma and 3–5 years of supervisory manufacturing experience are preferred.
