CNC Machinist, Machine Operator
The Shaw Group in Walker, LA is seeking a skilled machinist to set up and operate CNC, NC, lathes and semi-automatic equipment. You will study blueprints and layouts to determine dimensions, tolerances, sequence of operation, and setup requirements.
You will use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision tools, and verify completed work against tolerance limits. The role requires physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and a strong commitment to safety.
