Core Wise’s client is a global leader in engineered packaging solutions for environmentally sensitive materials across the transportation, construction, industrial, and waste industries.

We are seeking a Product Data Analyst to lead the analytics, performance strategy, and data-driven decision-making across global marketing functions. This role will support multiple sales, manufacturing, and distribution locations worldwide by transforming marketing data into actionable insights that drive brand growth, campaign effectiveness, and competitive.

The Product Data Analyst will be responsible for developing, articulating, and optimizing a growth-oriented brand and product strategy through data analysis and performance measurement. This leader will design measurement frameworks for marketing initiatives, evaluate effectiveness across channels, and provide strategic recommendations to improve ROI.

This role blends marketing strategy with advanced analytical rigor—ensuring that all digital and non-digital initiatives are tracked, measured, and continuously improved.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Analytics & Performance Strategy

  • Develop and implement measurement frameworks to evaluate global marketing effectiveness
  • Analyze campaign performance (print and digital) and optimize based on ROI and engagement data
  • Translate brand and product strategies into measurable KPIs and dashboards
  • Provide regular performance reporting to leadership with actionable recommendations
  • Track and assess effectiveness of integrated marketing campaigns
  • Analyze print and digital advertising performance
  • Evaluate website traffic, engagement metrics, and conversion trends
  • Measure social media performance and brand consistency across platforms
  • Monitor lead generation and funnel progression using CRM platforms (Salesforce and/or Hub Spot)
  • Conduct marketplace trend research and provide insight into potential shifts affecting sales or brand positioning
  • Analyze competitor activities and develop data-backed recommendations to maintain market leadership
  • Support pricing, positioning, and product marketing decisions through market research and analytics

Content & Brand Data Oversight

  • Ensure brand standards are consistently reflected across digital platforms through performance monitoring
  • Analyze content engagement trends to inform content strategy and production priorities
  • Support corporate identity materials (brochures, manuals, presentations, videos) with performance data and audience insights

Trade Show & Non-Digital Marketing Analysis

  • Evaluate trade show ROI, lead quality, and pipeline impact
  • Analyze performance of printed materials, samples, and product testing initiatives
  • Track distribution and effectiveness of physical marketing assets
Qualifications
  • BS/BA in Marketing, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field, MBA or Master’s in Economics preferred.
  • 15+ years of marketing experience in a corporate environment with a strong analytical component
  • Experience managing marketing data across multiple business units or global divisions
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategy based on data insights
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel for advanced data analysis), Adobe Creative Suite (for collaboration and asset evaluation), Word Press analytics and content performance tracking, CRM platforms such as Salesforce and/or Hub Spot
  • Experience building reports, dashboards, and performance presentations
  • Strong analytical and observational skills
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple data streams
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills to support sales, operations, and executive leadership
