Job Description

Elevare Branding is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Communications Assistant to support our communications and branding initiatives. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to contribute to high-level communication strategies that strengthen client relationships and brand presence.

The Communications Assistant will collaborate closely with senior leadership and project teams to ensure consistent messaging, effective internal coordination, and professional client-facing materials.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in drafting and editing internal and external communication materials
  • Coordinate communication timelines and ensure alignment across projects
  • Support the development of brand messaging and corporate documentation
  • Conduct research to support communication strategies and campaigns
  • Maintain organized records of communication plans and project updates
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clarity and consistency
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and client correspondence
  • Monitor project progress and provide administrative support to the communications team
