Role Overview We are seeking an organized and proactive Marketing Project Manager to support a fast-paced marketing organization. This individual will oversee multiple marketing projects simultaneously, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives. This role is a backfill for a departing teammate on a team of three, supporting marketing managers who are driving marketing assets to completion.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage 30–50 concurrent marketing projects from initiation through completion.
* Coordinate project timelines, tasks, assignments, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders.
* Lead project meetings, document action items, and drive follow-up activities.
* Track project progress and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
* Facilitate collaboration between marketing, creative, data, analytics, agencies, and other business partners.
* Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain project workflows and processes.
* Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and communicate project status updates.
* Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
* Support multiple marketing teams ("Pods") and adapt to changing priorities.

Required Qualifications
* A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management.
* Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency with project management software such as Adobe Workfront, Monday, JIRA, or Asana.
* Experience in a marketing, advertising, agency, or creative services environment.
* Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to work independently and proactively with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications
* Mortgage, lending, or banking industry experience is a significant plus.
* Background supporting cross-functional marketing initiatives and campaigns.
* Experience with Adobe Workfront is helpful but not required.
